Step By Step Process of Admission & Visa 1. We will gather all relevant documentation from applicants in their original forms and send them, free of charge, to the appropriate college or university for review.
2. The candidate must pay 200 EUR as application fees if qualified.
3. After getting an offer letter, the student must obtain the necessary documentation from MEA in New Delhi and pay a fee of EUR 165.
4. Following receipt of the offer letter, we will put together the entire file, including all necessary paperwork and the visa application, and send it via courier directly to the college or university.
5. The college will submit the applicant’s case to the Cyprus Ministry and await their approval.
6. Within 30 days of receiving the Ministry’s decision, the College will let us know.
7. The student must pay the visa fee upon approval.

  • A fully completed application form.
  • An application fee (non-refundable).
  • Four (4) passport-size photographs.
  • Invitation, acceptance Letter from the university/Institute of Cyprus.
  • Verified authentic copies of the student’s academic credentials that have been attested.
  • Evidence of proficiency in English (if possible)
  • A passport photocopy is required. The student’s passport must be valid for at least a year after their arrival date.
  • A recent “good conduct” certificate from the local police in the person’s country of origin or residence. The student’s good conduct certificate needs to be authentic and issued no more than six months before the semester for which they are applying. The document should clearly specify the names and positions of the people issuing and confirming it. The official translation must also be provided if the document is not in English
  • A recently-issued financial assurance from the student sponsor’s bank that the sponsor will cover the costs of living and attending school in Cyprus for one academic year, including living expenses and tuition. The guarantee must include both the sponsor’s and the student’s names. The bank guarantee must be authentic and must have been granted no more than six months prior to the start of the semester for which the student is applying. The bank’s mailing address, phone number, fax number, and email address should all be listed on the bank guarantee. The bank guarantee must also be supplied in an official translation if it is not available in English.
  • Certified copies of medical records attesting to excellent health, including blood tests for hepatitis B, C, HIV, syphilis, and tuberculosis, as well as chest X-rays. Medical exams are thought to be reliable for four months.
